Digoine castle
The Pearl of Charolais
The Château and Gardens of Digoine are among the most prestigious examples of 18th-century architecture and landscape design.
Classified as a Historic Monument and awarded the Remarkable Garden label, Digoine is renowned for its magnificent rose garden, exotic plant greenhouse, vast park with pond, and its restored private theater where cellist Jacques Offenbach and actress Sarah Bernhardt once performed.
Today, the estate is one of the iconic filming locations for the French TV show Secrets d’Histoire, hosted by Stéphane Bern.
